To start, I’m a perfect coach to help you through your PCOS journey because I’m a Functional Medicine Practitioner who has a special focus in PCOS.
But on a more personal level, I get what you’re going through because I was literally you once. Between PCOS, chronic respiratory symptoms, and chronic fatigue, I’m no stranger to health challenges. The mood swings. The insecurities. The frustration. I searched for legitimate treatment from dozens of doctors—and none gave concrete answers about why I felt so terrible.
No one would actually listen to me.
I'm sure this is no surprise to you, but when I was just 14 years old a doctor put me on hormonal birth control to "fix my period," and of course, it led to a myriad of symptoms.
I struggled with it all: Weight gain, acne, systemic inflammation. And at the ripe age of 17, I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. The fun twist to my story: My PCOS inspired my work. Totally fed up with the lack of support I received, I decided to take matters into my own hands and pursue a career in Functional Medicine. Now, healthy and thriving, I’m dedicated to truly listening to the concerns of my patients, and doing everything I can to help you find the same positive results that I have.

What was I given for my PCOS that was induced by the pill?
More birth control pills… Sounds insane right?
That’s because it is, and I know I’m not the only one who experienced this.
Over the next 8 years I was given 5 different types of pills, each of which made me feel worse than the one before. After all those years of complete madness, I got off the pill and decided it was time to tackle my PCOS head-on in the most natural way possible. During this time I formulated a roadmap for women suffering from PCOS just like I was to get off of the pill and balance hormones naturally.
