If you’re suffering from a PCOS diagnosis, just know that there’s nothing wrong with you.
The problem is doctors who can’t provide sustainable treatment plans that truly solve issues at their core. Instead of digging to the root cause, they prescribe bandaid quick fixes that get you out of their office… And sometimes even do more harm than good.

You’re tired of being handed the birth control pill as a means to fix your hormones. Who wants to take a pill every single day for the rest of their lives? And what if you want to get pregnant? Suddenly this “treatment” just won’t work anymore. Overall, that’s not an answer to your struggles. It’s just exhausting.
The good news: You don’t need to be on the pill if you have PCOS.
From the moment you were diagnosed, you’ve been stressed about getting pregnant when you’re ready. You lie awake worrying most nights because your doctor presented PCOS like an infertility sentence. And if you do conceive, they make the risks sound terrible. Instead of guiding you through the journey of solving issues at the core, they repeat invalid blanket statements that send you spinning. Why?!
Remember this: That’s not true. So many women with PCOS have healthy pregnancies.
You’re sick of searching for answers, constantly hitting roadblocks, and being told that your symptoms are all in your head. At this point, you’re starting to question your own sanity because you’ve seen handfuls of doctors and specialists and no one seems to take you seriously. They just don’t listen!
Let’s get 1 thing clear: Your symptoms are very real. You just haven’t met a doctor who has the experience to help you overcome them.
Introducing...

An 8-week self-paced experience that gives you clarity around your diagnosis and the confidence to overcome it with a step-by-step, customizable roadmap.
You get immediate access to the course content as soon as you join!

It’s time to take control of your health and live your best life.
Stop coping. Start thriving today.

Throughout this program, you’ll learn:
- The fundamental reasons why you have certain symptoms and how to solve these at their core instead of covering them up… Like most doctors and so-called experts suggest. (Yuck.)
- A deep explanation of the menstrual cycle. We’re talking about going back to the basics they skip when we’re young, then diving into what that means for you. Plus pro tips to take control.
- To sync your cycle to your life for optimal results: Learn how to use your cycle to maximize your energy, libido, and productivity. You deserve to feel your best no matter what time of the month.
You'll also gain clarity!
- Understand the underlying reasons for hormone imbalances, the science behind PCOS, and how to successfully manage PCOS by controlling your hormones.
- Safely get off the birth control pill and support your body in the process. That includes optimizing your body for fertility with PCOS.
- Build a diet and supplementation plan that works for you: What foods should you avoid that could be making your PCOS worse? What’s good to eat if you want to balance your hormones? And what supplements should you incorporate into your day-to-day life?
- Look at your lifestyle choices as a whole, including the potentially harmful products in your home. You’ll learn which products are hormone friendly and which ones you should probably replace.
You can overcome all those symptoms that hold you back from truly living.
"Without this program, I would have been crying in bed every day because my sugar cravings were so bad. I would still be on 2 different acne medications. My digestion would be irregular. My hair would be brittle and falling out. My anxiety and frustration with my body would be at an all-time high. Now, I feel amazing."

Meet your doctor…

To start, I’m the perfect coach to help you through your PCOS journey because I’m a Functional Medicine Practitioner who has a special focus on PCOS.
But on a more personal level, I get what you’re going through because I was literally you once. Between PCOS, chronic respiratory symptoms, and chronic fatigue, I’m no stranger to health challenges. The mood swings. The insecurities. The frustration. I searched for legitimate treatment from dozens of doctors—and none gave concrete answers about why I felt so terrible.
No one would actually listen to me.
The fun twist to my story: My PCOS inspired my work. Totally fed up with the lack of support I received, I decided to take matters into my own hands and pursue a career in Functional Medicine. Now, healthy and thriving, I’m dedicated to truly listening to the concerns of my patients, and doing everything I can to help you find the same positive results that I have.
